VISA F3 MỸ LÀ GÌ?
Visa F3 là thị thực cho phép cha mẹ có quốc tịch Mỹ bảo lãnh con cái trên 21 tuổi sang Mỹ sinh sống và làm việc. Để được cấp visa Mỹ diện F3, người bảo lãnh và người được bảo lãnh phải đáp ứng những điều kiện sau:
– Người bảo lãnh tại Mỹ
▪️Là công dân Mỹ không vi phạm hình sự và không phải là tù nhân do vi phạm pháp luật Mỹ.
▪️Điều kiện tài chính đủ khả năng hỗ trợ đương đơn (mức tài chính hỗ trợ theo quy định của mỗi tiểu bang).
▪️Chứng minh được mối quan hệ huyết thống với đương đơn.
– Người được bảo lãnh tại Việt Nam
▪️Là con cái trên 21 tuổi đã kết hôn và có cùng huyết thống với cha mẹ là công dân Mỹ.
▪️Là vợ/chồng của đương đơn chính xin visa, con phụ thuộc dưới 21 tuổi.
▪️Không vi phạm pháp luật, không sử dụng chất kích thích, không mắc các bệnh truyền nhiễm theo quy định của hệ thống y tế nhập cư vào Mỹ.
▪️Chứng minh được mối quan hệ huyết thống với cha mẹ là công dân Mỹ.
THỜI HẠN VISA F3
Sau khi được cấp visa F3, chủ sở hữu visa sẽ đồng thời có được thẻ xanh Mỹ với thời hạn 10 năm. Sau 5 năm sinh sống tại Mỹ, người sở hữu thị thực F3 có thể thi quốc tịch Hoa Kỳ khi đáp ứng được các điều kiện theo quy định của chính phủ.
HỒ SƠ XIN VISA F3
▪️Hộ chiếu còn thời hạn ít nhất 6 tháng.
▪️Mẫu đơn bảo lãnh người thân ra nước ngoài I-130.
▪️Mẫu đơn hỗ trợ tài chính I-864.
▪️Mẫu đơn xin thị thực DS-260.
▪️Giấy khám sức khỏe và tiêm chủng của người được bảo lãnh.
▪️Giấy đăng ký kết hôn đối với vợ/chồng.
▪️Quyết định ly hôn đối với những trường hợp đã kết hôn và ly hôn trước đó.
▪️Giấy khai sinh hoặc giấy chứng nhận con nuôi đối với người phụ thuộc của người được bảo lãnh dưới 21 tuổi (nếu có).
▪️Giấy tờ cá nhân của người bảo lãnh, người bảo lãnh và người phụ thuộc của người được bảo lãnh (nếu có): sơ yếu lý lịch, sổ hộ khẩu, chứng minh thư hoặc căn cước công dân.
▪️Phiếu lý lịch tư pháp số 2 và lý lịch tư pháp nước ngoài (nếu có) của tất cả những quốc gia đương đơn và người phụ thuộc đã ở trên 6 tháng từ năm 16 tuổi.
▪️2 ảnh thẻ theo yêu cầu ảnh visa.
