Sở Di trú Phần Lan (Migri) vừa công bố một thay đổi quan trọng đối với yêu cầu chứng minh tài chính dành cho sinh viên quốc tế du học tại Phần Lan. Từ ngày 1/11/2024, mức chứng minh tài chính tối thiểu sẽ được điều chỉnh tăng từ 560€/tháng (tương đương 6,720€/năm) lên 800€/tháng (tương đương 9,600€/năm).
